Thank you for readiness for cooperation and offer our services of promotion and sales distributor of your products in the markets of the United Arab Emirates and other countries of the Persian Gulf.
Main lines of our work – import-export of foodstuffs and water, services of distribution of various goods through sales network that has been formed for many years of work and that includes many distribution networks of the UAE, with a general number of points of sale more than two thousand. Networks and points of sale were selected in terms of maximum efficiency and location that provides stable volumes of sales and profit.
Our warehouse premises are located on the territory of the Jebel Ali Free Zone and we receive all freights through Jebel Ali port, except airline supplies. Jebel Ali Free Zone provides a complete complex of the customs, warehouse and transport services, including international container terminal. The whole complex is completely automated that minimizes the terms of freight handling and provides their prompt delivery to points of sale. We provide storage of your products on the completely automated warehouse with controlled temperature from 18C till 22C in volumes from one 40-pounds container to 20 simultaneously.
Distribution of the financial load, safe accounting and marketing, a flexible scheme of mutual accounting allow us and our suppliers controlling and correcting promptly the product range keeping to minimum stagnation of good in stock, as well as performing precise settlement payments.
OUR SERVICES AND CONDITIONS OF OUR JOINT WORK:
- The Supplier provides goods for sale subject to monthly payment of the sold part from our Company in accordance with the sales report, provides delivery of goods to our Company, as well as payment of the customs duty in the UAE at his/her own expense that makes 5% of the complete value of goods according to invoice attached to goods. The Suppliers provides also the Certificate of origin, Product quality certificate (legalized on the territory of Russia), packaging list and goods catalogue. All products is provided with labels in English and Arabic, with the respective marking for issue and best before used date; we provide support concerning translation and adaptation of information about goods, as well as register it in Food Control Section of Dubai Municipality.
- The Supplier is in capacity to check course of sales at any time in his/her discretion, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Agreement of deliveries. The Frame Agreement will be sent upon the Supplier’s request after prior approval of the proposed production range.
- The Company Vitaimax Trading LLC, being your distributor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, undertakes all overhead costs connected with receipt in the port, customs registration, storage and delivery of goods to points of sale. Our personnel provide record of commodity flow on warehouse, points of sale and agreed accounting before Suppliers.
- Additionally on the Supplier’s order we offer services connected with targeted advertisement of goods in the UAE creating and fulfilling jointly an effective advertising campaign according to given parameters. The Supplier is responsible for accompanying expenses.
We invite you to cooperation, and if you are interested in it, we offer you to provide us with the following information for the beginning of negotiations and determination of the effective group of goods:
- Catalogues, photos of all kinds of goods from your product range that you are ready to export to the UAE, with a detailed description of a chemical composition.
- Calculation of price with delivery to Jebel Ali port (here our brokers in Russia will help you) taking into account your profit or without it, depending on the fact what conditions are more convenient for you – profit division according to the sales results or payment of our commission. Variant of our own margin is also possible.
- You must also send samples of your goods to our Company and we will provide support concerning delivery.
